Standard Shipping
Standard shipping uses Australia Post or the freight company of our choice and is not tracked. Standard shipping is available free of charge for orders over $30. For orders less than $30, we charge a flat rate of $3.95 for postage and handling. This limit is subject to change at any time, and will be updated on the website. If tracking is required, premium shipping options are available. Where this is the case, a tracking number will be provided. Premium shipping costs use Express Post from Australia Post, or another freight company of our choice, and costs $7.95 for postage and handling.
Average Delivery Times
Average delivery times for standard shipping (excluding order processing times)
Average delivery times for premium shipping are generally next business day within Australian Metro areas, and up to 5 business days in Regional areas (outside of major cities and surrounding suburbs).
All delivery times are indicative only via Australia Post. We will always do everything we possibly can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
Standard and Premium shipping is available for international orders using the freight company of our choice. Standard shipping is not tracked, and is available from $4.95. Premium international shipping is available from $14.95, depending upon location.
